Simple, transparent and designed for players and collectors (like me!).

Whether you're buying a single card for a new deck, picking up sealed product, or wanting to sell me a collection, here’s exactly what to expect.

Buying From Simon Sells Cards

Postage & Packaging

Every order is packed properly and sent out exactly how I would want to receive them.

Simon Sells Cards only ships within the United Kingdom only and I do not ship internationally.

UK standard shipping

£3.45 for Tracked 48 or £4.25 for Tracked 24 for orders under £100

Free on orders over £100

All orders are sent with tracked delivery. If your parcel appears delayed or missing then please contact us and we'll help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Shipping is calculated per order, not per item. If you order multiple products, they will be carefully packaged together where possible. If it contains a pre-order item then the whole order will be dispatched when the pre-order item is in stock.

Packaging materials are included in shipping costs. I price everything fairly and am transparent about shipping costs.

Postage covers real costs: packing materials, protective sleeves, team bags, top loaders, postage labels and postage costs. Rather than spreading those costs across every product and raising prices for everyone, I keep the separate and fair.

Dispatch Times

Orders ship Monday to Friday and are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. Any order placed at the weekend will be shipped the next working day.

I cannot always guarantee this as there is just me doing everything but I always try my best.

If I’m ever away or there’s a delay, it will be clearly shown on the website and I put my Cardmarket shop into 'holiday mode'.

Card Condition

Singles are assessed conservatively.

If it’s listed as Near Mint, it meets a strong standard and, for other grades, any noticeable flaws are disclosed.

If you want additional photos before purchasing, just ask.

Returns

I want you to be happy with your order but if you would like to return it then:

Contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in original condition (sealed product must be still sealed).

Return postage is buyer responsibility unless I’ve made an error.

If I get something wrong, I will fix it quickly.

Authenticity

All products are genuine.

No proxies or counterfeits.

Sealed stock from trusted UK distributors or sourced from collections.

Singles sourced from opening boosters, collections and reputable suppliers.

Pre-Orders

Release dates are shown on product pages.

Orders ship once stock arrives. I usually get products from my distributor on the day of release so I will try to get it in the post that day so it will arrive shortly after the release date.

If you combine pre-orders with in-stock items, the order ships together unless arranged otherwise.

I started playing and collecting at school so lots of different collectable card games have been a huge part of my life. I’ve run a WPN bricks and mortar and friendly local game store in Cheltenham. I’m a collector first, a business owner second.
